Do I receive a package on my initial order?
Yes! Once you join Socks and I, you'll receive your first package within one to four business days, followed by your regular shipment every month thereafter.
When does my subscription start after I receive my first package?
Your socks are shipped every thirty days from the date you sign up.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is always free at socksandi.com!
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, Socks and I will send you an email with your tracking information.
What's your cancellation policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may cancel at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?

If I don't like a pair of socks, can I exchange it?
YES! If you're not happy with a pair of socks in your package, you can send it back and we'll ship you another one.
Please email help@socksandi.com or submit your request here, and we'll get you a pair of socks you'll be happy with.
Can I make a one-time order?
We currently are only accepting payments on a recurring basis, but we may have one time orders down the road.
How do I make a return?
Email help@socksandi.com with your return request and order number within 30 days of shipment and we'll send you a return label for an exchange or refund.
What are the sizes of your socks?
Our socks generally fit any foot size from teenagers to adults, but please see below for the standard sizes:
Low to Mid Calf Length (Men's and Women's): 10-13 (US)
Women's Knee High: 9-11 (US)
Women's Over the Knee: 9-11 (US)

Do you offer sock subscriptions with a Men's/Women's option?
YES! If you select the Men/Women option in the shopping cart your packages will be broken up by the following:
